Über Venued

Venued is the agentic event agency for corporate, private, and public events in the AI era. Describe an event, and Venued plans it, books the venue and professionals, negotiates, takes payment, sells tickets, and runs the door. It is three-sided: guests discover what’s on the platform, organisers get the event organised, suppliers get booked, and Venued takes a commission. We built it from organising our own events and watching what broke — the same manual wall every time: DMs and PDFs to every venue and supplier, one at a time, quotes by DM, markups invisible. Our customers are companies — office managers and HR teams — as well as couples and families who would otherwise hand the whole thing to an agency. Live on iOS, Android, and the web, bootstrapped.

Unsere Mission

Every event is organised by hand, from scratch. The organiser becomes a project manager — DMs, WhatsApp, and PDFs to every venue and supplier, one at a time, with quotes that arrive by DM and markups nobody can see. Agencies charge 10–20% for that labour and don't scale. Event software exists at each stage, but nobody organises the whole event. We close that gap with a planning agent for the conversation and a graph recommender for the match.

Unsere Vision

In five years, Venued is the default way an event gets made. The agency function — the conversation, the negotiation, the contracts, the payments, the record of who delivered — is software. Munich is dense enough that an organiser's whole event can be served without leaving the platform, and new cities open by re-running the supply mapping, not by hiring a new sales team. The record compounds: every event makes the agent better at planning the next one, and gives every supplier a verified reputation no directory can copy.
